Hello! I'm a business analytics student at UIC and self-taught developer who fell in love with coding through bioinformatics research—my path has taken me from building a site for a non-profit to hand-coding projects from scratch. I'm drawn to work that brings people together, whether through how it's used or how it's built, and these days that means creating web apps where AI helps me move faster and smarter. At the core of it all: building things that solve real problems for real people.

In collaboration with Claude AI, I created a Custom Post Type with ACP to create an intuitive POS system promotion website. It's related to my current internship working at Gala Circle Inc. I created a custom child theme with the parent theme being Kadence to create an optimized post and homepage. The post will auto format itself to fit the template. The only thing that anybody need to do is just enter in the ACF form.View project

Created a React.Native web app that's aimed to help people plan their potlucks. I am a cook myself and I love hosting meals together but it's always so hard to track who's bring what unless it's in a group chat. You have to scroll so far and memories are not stored forever. I'm trying to vibe code a web app that not only plans potlucks in an intuitive way, but also allow people to keep their memories together forever!

With the improvement of AI image creation, it also comes with a lot of ethical issues. To explore the ethics of AI, I wanted to see if I can create a machine learning algorithm to detect whether an image is AI generated or not. Most art can be easily detected due to consistent patterns, however, live images are still difficult due to its variance which is where scams tend to happen with AI images.View project

Created a search engine curated for my current line of work, which is a business development intern at a POS development company. I'm tasked to find restaurants in the Chicago region. To increase my efficiency, I created a web app that calls on the Claude API to give me information about restaurants. Feel free to try it yourself on the bottom of the AI merchant page. Using this search engine has increased my outreach number by 50%. It allowed me to discover new restaurants that's not easy to find on Google Maps.View project
